1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using QRVolt (the “Service”), including the QR generator, the QR scanner and reader, and all informational pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

QRVolt is a free, browser-based tool that generates QR codes locally on your device and scans or decodes existing QR codes from images or your camera. The Service requires no registration and works without uploading your content to a server. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, and the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

3. Ownership of generated codes

QR codes you generate with QRVolt belong to you, and you are free to use them for personal or commercial projects without attribution. You are solely responsible for the destinations and content you encode (for example, where a generated URL leads).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QRVolt to:

• Generate QR codes for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• Distribute malware, phishing content, scams, or material that violates applicable law;
• Encode content that links to illegal goods or services;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious ends, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service;
• Use automated means to access the site in a way that degrades its performance.

5. Testing before production use

QR codes created with QRVolt should always be scanned and tested before being printed, published, or distributed. We do not guarantee that every generated code will scan correctly on every device, reader, or printing method. Factors outside our control — such as print quality, contrast, size, logo coverage, or damaged surfaces — can affect scannability. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use or misuse of generated codes.

6. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. Advertising cookies are used only after your consent, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your interaction with those ads is governed by the respective advertisers’ policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party ad content.

7. Intellectual property

The QRVolt name, logo, design, and underlying source code of this website are owned by their respective rights holders and are protected by law. You may not copy or redistribute the site itself as your own product; you may freely use everything you create with it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRVolt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

10. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
